All swine must have an RFID tag/number entered into 4H Online by July 1st, 2020.
Each exhibitor will be provided with 2 RFID tags for free, additional tags will cost $3 each. Watch for an email from the extension office to find out how tags can be obtained.
All animal identification must be entered correctly into 4H Online by July 1st, 2020. You should ABSOLUTELY upload pictures of your pigs' ears in case there is a problem with the ear notches you enter.
All swine must have the RFID tag in their ear before bringing them to the county fair. If you don't have an ear tagger, contact one of the Swine Club leaders or the extension office for help.
All swine going (or potentially going) to the State Fair must have DNA hair samples turned in to the county extension office by July 1st, 2020. Envelopes can be obtained at the extension office.
All swine going to the State Fair must be entered into the Indiana State Fair website by July 1st, 2020. After the July 1st deadline, there is a steep fee increase.
All livestock exhibitors must be certified in YQCA training before they bring livestock to the fair. Login using your 4H Online login to be linked to the Hendricks County Fair.
